Wachovia is one of the best customer friendly banks that is now being sought from Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo is a huge bank that lost it's way and now wants to buy Wachovia.
Shareholders of Wachovia hold 61% of the shares, they have more control than "Wells Fargo" bank.
Wachovia should not settle for some shady deal and for a mere four dollars a share. Vote against the Wells Fargo merger!!
